@Reposter I'll share this regarding the U-Wing/Tie-Reaper. As 'Prof_Moriarty79' mentioned, use it to heal teammates, but I also use the Target Beacon to mark enemies for increased damage. I manage a few kills where I can but support is the role. As for Y-Wing, haven't used it in Dogfight yet but will give it a try.
