UI Bugs/Glitches - Missing HUD features

I bought this game a few days ago.

Issue: The game works fine except for the fact that the minimap is always blank i.e. does not show neither friendlies nor enemies. Points on the map such as "Defend" and "Capture" are always missing and therefore I am always lost while playing the game.

Can you reproduce this issue 100% of the time?: Yes.
Details on how to reproduce the issue: It just happened every time I launched the game since I installed it, and yes the game is updated and I have repaired it through Origin.

As can be seen, in this case, the pod which is directly where the character is looking is not marked in any way and although there were teammates around, they do not show on the minimap.

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i7-4770 @ 3.4GHz
Graphics Card (GPU): Nvida GeForce GTX 770
Memory: 16GB
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Please help ASAP.

Also tried various options in a cfg file, and added the command line "-novid -noborder -windowed" in Origin which helps with other problems. Still nothing helps this problem. Has anyone else had more luck?

As well as no uplink icons or full map info not showing, there's no targeting icon when flying in fighters, so I can see what I'm supposed to be shooting at all.

A Google search will reveal that not only have consumers suffered the same problems with this game SWBF 2015, and Battlefield 4 in 2013, but also Battlefield 3 released way back in 2011.

Google those games and any issues you're having to see if there are any working resolutions to your problems, and report back here any that worked for you for others to try.

It seems Frostbite engine games are just not going to work properly or get fixed by the developers, nor is there much help to be had from the publishers. But they will sell more DLC and sequels for you to buy based on the same broken engine, and lock threads for using all capital letters according to forum rules, or tell you the thread is too old and it's "cool" to start a new one.

Not spamming, posting this in threads I've had issues with to let others know to broaden their research to older broken games and not to restrict their hopes to only the most recent broken release's issue reporting.
