Unable to find active games online

Prior to downloading Jakku, I had no issues whatsoever. Since then, though, I have barely been able to find an active game that wasn't "Turning Point," and even with that game type I spend 50% of time...

Sounds like we all are having the same issues which is beyond ridiculous. Waiting 3 hours to find a game online multiplayer is a joke. I think its time if EA can't even find it in their time to reply as to how they are looking into this or a fix is coming up then they need to start doing some refunding for the game or they are going to start seeing people group up and going after them for refunds. Sucks all we want to do is play a great star wars game and you can't even get into one. Heck at least let us run our own private host servers so we can fill it with friends or something come on already.
