Unable to install from epic games

I keep getting asked for a CD key for an unidentified game when trying to install.

No reply from support however I was able to add it and start downloading.

@Bat-of-Sealand I had the same problem. Relaunched both Epic & Origin
in administrator 15min+ after my purchase and the game finally showed up in Origin, so it probably is only is a matter of authentication servers overloaded.

Hello everyone,

We have resolved the issue and you should be able to play Star Wars: Squadrons on Epic game store. If you're still stuck, try the following:

Quit, and restart the Epic Games Store app

Launch Star Wars: Squadrons from within the app

or

Delete your C:\Users\<windows username>\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini file

If that doesn't help, please create a new Bug Report and we'll investigate.
