Unable to join games with a high population on PS4 (UK)

Hi, 

Since the most recent patch on PS4 (with the addition of the pre-order Jakku code) I have been unable to join any game types with a high population. It doesn't matter whether I set the toggle to be 'Main Game' or 'Jakku' in the multiplayer menu. Previous to this I was able to join games instantly on any gametype, whereas now I can see the server counting down in percentages from 80%, 70%, 60% etc... When it does eventually find a game, it will usually be half or less the usual population e.g. 1-3 players on Blast

I have tried restarting PS4, reinstalling content, changing from LAN to Wifi on PS4, restarting routers, setting up port forwarding (following both the Sony guidelines and EA) and I'm still getting the same results either time. I'm not aware of anything changing with my ISP (Virgin Media UK) either.

I'm not entirely sure what else I can do, this doesn't seem like an issue relating to there being no players online, but I have seen similar issues raised by others on the forums. As it stands for me at the moment, the game/service is faulty for all intensive purposes.

Would love for there to be some acknowledgement that there is an issue (or at least a solution to fix it) as up to this point it has been great fun to play, and if the outage continues then I'm seriously considering returning the game.
