Unable to Progress Main Quest to Final Planet

Summarize your bug After unlocking the holocron on Bogano, passing the boss fight, and fighting back to the ship, I meditated at the point just outside the ship then proceeded through the cut scene that unlocks the inquisitor fortress and the quest for, what I assume is, the final confrontation. I exited to the title screen and closed the game, intending to finish the story at my next opportunity. Upon launching the game, the next day, I was loaded onto the meditation point outside the ship, the quest to progress was no longer in my log and inquisitor fortress is no longer unlocked on the holotable. While I suspect I was inside chapter 6 before this bug occurred, my quest log indicates chapter 5 is 6/6 with no chapter 6 listed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hopefully by repeating the steps I have taken.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have no active quest steps. I am not able to travel to the inquisitor fortress. I am unable to progress the campaign any further.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the inquisitor fortress as a destination and have to ability to travel there, or at least to have to replay the cut scene on the ship to unlock it again on loading into the game.

I experienced this bug on my first play through, and do not know how to recreate it without starting a new game from scratch. I indicated the bug happens 100% of the time, however, in fairness it is excessive to claim that off of only one data point. I have tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game, resting at a different save point, traveling to the temple on Bogano and back again, traveling to different worlds; none have worked.What other workarounds can you suggest? The game was a little buggy on Kashyyyk, but nothing near this frustrating. I have enjoyed the game very much so far, and would prefer to not make a fresh start.
