Unable to progress past Bracca: Imperial Cargo Transport

Summarize your bug I am unable to progress in the beginning tutorial. I get to "Bracca: Imperial Cargo Transport" to the part on the train where there are two storm troopers and a popup explaining how to target lock. I turn on my lightsaber and nothing happens. I've seen on youtube at that point the two troopers are supposed to hear your lightsaber and engage, but they never do with me. At that point all I can do is switch targets and look around, I am unable to move or do anything else. For some reason the troopers are not being triggered properly.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to move or continue with game progression.
What do you expect to see? The two storm troopers to engage once the lightsaber is turned on.

I have tried:

1. Starting a new journey

2. Repair game files

3. Uninstall/Reinstall - Twice

None of the above steps have helped.
