unbound in force push training

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Every time I get to the force push training on Zeffo I am met with the control prompt of "unbound" I have tried resting my xbox and nothing is working. At this time Im only 23% through the game. What should I do?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure. its not a common problem supposedly.
What happens when the bug occurs? in force push training on zeffirelli's and met with control prompt "unbound"
What do you expect to see? it fixed???

not sure what Im to put here. I just want a method to fix this glitch.

    I just found out. If you were using the RT button to attack the PUSH wouldn't work. You either need to use another button that is already not in use or X! (This is what I use and is displayed on the settings menu).

    I'm having exactly the same problem, re-loaded the game several times and restarted my xbox numerous times, all to no avail!!! Please fix this as it's a game killer!

    @addaddadd1 I am having the same problem. “Unbound”. No resolution to move forward with the Force Push training. This is not the problem where you can push the balls back to the targets. No buttons on my controller work during this training

    I fixed it! It’s not a bug, it happened because you probably changed the controls. “Push” is usually R2 (on playstation), but once I replaced push with attack, the push ability became “unbound” from the controller options. Just assign a new button to the “push” ability

    I think I may know what's going on. You need to reset your controls for the game. It worked for me so I might just work for all of you!
