[UNDER INVESTIGATION] Stats Reset After Update

Since the new update a few days ago, I have the correct stats show on my Battlefront companion app, but I connect on the PS4 and it acts like I'm a brand new user with my rank, stats, and credits all...

    Hi all,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm that we are currently investigating this issue. As soon as we have more information available, we will update this thread.

    In the meantime, can you all please unplug your router and console from the power for about two minutes and restart? I would like to double-check that this is not a sync issue. And, are you all on Xbox?

And it just came back, everything is fine now 😕

Edit : Nevermind, it just appeared fine in the menu, in game it still doesn't work. And i apologize for the double post.

      Im having the same problem on xboxone game was working 100% fine yesterday morning at night all my stats/cards had been wiped and i couldnt find a game, tried again today same problem left the game on for 10 minutes its found my cards but my stats are still at 0
