How about fixing the lag which makes the games unwinnable before spending time creating additional penalties?

Looks like it was removed from the known issues list with no fix or additional details provided... not a great look.

i don't care about penalties as long as matchmaking is still broken and console players are forced to play against PC players.

        exactly, turn off cross play to stop getting nuked by PC players and you won't find a single game.
