Urgent question: stuck inside holotable, can't leave or travel to planets

When I went back inside the zeffo after the first Kasyhhk mission I couldn't see the planets on the holotable but it still let me interact with it. Now, I can't leave (pressing escape does nothing) and I can't select or travel to planets (r does nothing). What should I do? Am I forced to quit the game and lose 3 hours of progress?

Weirdly enough, pressing space to go to the terrestrial maps works, still can't see anything. Pressing R from there does bring me back to the planet selection, but it still won't let me leave.
