I’m in the same boat as you. I have a Virpil base/stick and a Virpil throttle and MFG pedals. I’m not home to test, but did the latest patch they just released fix it?
Nope, patch 1.1 did not fix it, still the same problem.
And considering this issue is not in the Known Issues post or has even been recognized by anyone from EA I doubt the devs even care about this problem...
This is the fourth time I have posted about this issue, and all other of my posts regarding this issue have been deleted. Maybe that is why they have deleted them.

EA, if you’re reading this PEOPLE ARE HAVING DEVICE ISSUES. LOOK INTO THIS.use vjoy with joystick gremlin and create virtual joystic and remap axis. Issue exist becouse Virpil hotas is using 2 usb port = 2 virpil devices . For instance if you unpluging virpil flightstick you will see virpil throttle in game at the device list , but never 2 devices in the same time..
