VR - UI and Cockpit twitching/shaking/shuddering

Please explain 'Other' Everywhere, except for the "Connecting" screen at launch
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Being completely still in VR
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Prologue, Practice Range, Hanger/Briefing Room, Dogfight, Fleet Battles, Game Menus

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? The menus and cockpit move around unnaturally, it makes you feel sick because the kind of movement is impossible in real life as there is no momentum to the twitching/shuddering/shaking. This is despite being completely still. When the game launches, the first "Connecting" screen that is displayed does not seem to exhibit the issue, but after that the twitching starts. When the main menus first load in VR, things warp in from SteamVR and glitch out for a little bit. Eventually the menus fully load, but the twitching remains. The ships in the background and the
What do you expect to see? Menus and cockpit should appear stable/stationary in the VR environment, and not twitching unnaturally.

What components were you using? Geforce RTX 2080Ti, also updated latest drivers Oculus Rift CV1 Thrustmaster Warthog (happens when launching game with these unplugged) SteamVR (I think a probable contributing factor, would be good to be able to use Oculus VR instead!)
Which customizations (if any) were you using? None

Is it possible to get access to the Origin version of the game, since I own it anyway way?  Or is there a way to link my game to Origin?  I have been told that it uses Oculus VR and works better...Is there a way I can use Oculus VR on Steam?
