VR frame rate drops after dying/docking in fleet battles

I've been having the same problem since at least update 2.0 I'm using an Oculus Rift S, RTX 2070, Ryzen 2700x and 16gb DDR4 Ram

    @julolol Exact same specs, exact same problem, hope this bug is fixed as it looks like a widespread issue on oculus devices.
