I've been playing since release and have had the problem the entire time. I'd say there's about a 50% chance of it happening per game. Occasionally if I wait a minute, the framerate will return to normal, but most of the time it stays bad. Specs:
Rift S
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
16 GB of RAM
GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Graphics card drivers are up to date. I've tried messing with graphics settings, doesn't seem to affect it at all.
Absolutely love this game and will be so incredibly happy if this bug gets fixed! Thanks for making an amazing game 🙂
