What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I was in both single player and multiplayer modes. Whenever I would die or finish a story, and the game would otherwise exit gameplay, the game would crash.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Multiplayer Dogfight (every time I died, and exited gameplay to see spectating or rejoin), and Story Mission 2 ending

I was streaming using StreamlabsOBS+Chatbot, and OVRDrop. I don't know if it was something related to the stream, but the game just kept crashing. It crashed about 12 times total before I finally tried to reboot the computer. But afterwards I gave up trying to stream again as my audience had moved on during the reboot.
