I'm sure I read about a similar problem on Quest 1, where the poster fixed their jitters by disabling the internal mic of the headset.

@Dogmanbird Blimey, this seems to have made a hell of a difference! I went into windows sound settings and just disabled the input device on the quest 2.
Tested in practice mode and it seemed much better, even risked upping the graphics settings to high and it still seemed fine.
Will do some more testing and report back

- 5 years ago@kid fisto Curious how it goes. I’ve been having bad stuttering, particularly in the practice area but mainly just since the last update. Can’t find anything that really improves it.
- 5 years ago@kid fisto I tested disabling the oculus audio for both the mic and headphones but it made no difference for me. No matter what I change, it only affects the visual quality and performance remains the same. But, it wasn’t this bad before last week either. I don’t know what else to try other than wait for another patch but I don’t know if they can tell what my version of this issue is...
