Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." TIE, X-wing

Playing in VR, the frame rate is halved (ASW or reprojection, etc.) most of the time, while GPU utilization is at ~40-50%. I have tried changing VR quality settings, but it seems to make little difference in framerate.
I've tried with Oculus Quest via Link, Oculus CV1, HTC Vive, all have the same results. In the rare cases that I do get target framerate (72/90) and GPU utilization is higher, there is pretty steady and consistent judder and stuttering when I turn the ship with yaw or roll.
My hardware: 2080 Super, i7 7700k 16GB RAM, all drivers up to date.
Windows 10 v2004
I can run in non-VR mode on Ultra at 5120x1440 and get 160-200 fps, so something seems to be up with VR performance.
Same for me. It doesn’t matter what settings I use high med or low. It’s constant reprojection on the Index.

Just to note, this is a differed issue to the refresh rate bug. I can hold frames perfect but there is still frame doubling creating a stutter

If the internal engine is running at 60hz to accommodate PlayStation this CANNOT be fixed for PC, it would mess-up the timing of the game when increased (ironically old x-wing alliance took an age & very clever reverse engineering to solve a similar issue), I don't believe they will sort this. Considering standard PC VR runs at 80/90 hz (Oculuc) or 90/120/144 (Valve) etc etc at the moment this is simply not designed for PC VR & E.A. should acknowledge this & warn people before purchase....SHOCKING
