I wonder if it is only affecting people with Oculus headsets on Steam.  The Origin version of the game lets you use the Oculus SDK directly, but not the Steam version.  It forces you to go through SteamVR, which often has issues with Oculus headsets.

@Nalin-8 Hm that may be the case, I am on the steam version as well.
