What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. When I am playing in vr after about 20 minutes the head tracking starts stuttering everytime I move my head. In order to fix I have to disable/enable vr mode in squadrons. Then it works flawlessly for about 20 minutes until the problem happens again.
