VR Still Unplayable in Fleet Battles
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X processor and GTX 1660 Super on an Oculus Quest 2. The game runs perfectly smooth on everything but fleet battles. No issues in the single player campaign when fleets are present....

Dude you have a 1660, of course it stutters. Likely a VRAM issue in addition to the card being weak as hell.
