10 years agoYes, I rechecked the code to make I entered the correct one. When I try to log into Origin login window with my ID & password, a red box shows up at the top of the login window & the message reads "the code has already been used". I called the store, they said to uninstall & re-install the app & try again. I did, it did not help. Now what???

10 years agoIf you did not buy from Origin directly, you have to pursue your problem with the seller, sorry.
