Same problem here. Lame support by EA.
Good morning everybody,
I'm French and I have the same problem. The official website have a problem, when I try to connect, the website refresh all the time and I can't log me... It's a problem.
For the application, I have disinstall and install the application and I have cheked "Stay logged in" and now the application works (but not the website). The others time it's the same but after a moment the application doesn't work. I will see...
Can EA repare the website ?

For anyone still having issues with this I was able to get it to work eventually on my Android phone, though I think it was mostly luck, the following worked for me:
After trying multiple web browsers I was eventually able to login with Microsoft Edge (which I never use so there was no cache). Note: I was only able to get it work after clicking through (not skipping) the tutorial.
After I'd logged in once I waited a few hours then cleared cache, cleared data and then uninstalled the app from my phone.
Reinstalled and swiped through the tutorial again and finally have access from my phone.
Note that during the help phase support directed me to activate my account from the profile page here: https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index?locale=en_US
Not sure if it had any effect but I'd recommend doing this first if you haven't already.
Good luck!Edit: after trying to login again 24 hours later, it's no longer working. I give up.
