    Hopefully this helps you guys. I had the same issue and here is how i fixed it exactly. 

    1. Flew to new planet

    2. Went to closest meditation circle and rested

    3. Quit closed my game (closed it completely on xbox)

    4. Manually reloaded my save instead of continue

    5. Find closest enemy and let them kill me.

    6. Return to ship and select Kashyyyk

    After that it just worked.  It could be all, some, or none of these things but this fixed the bug for me.

Summarize your bug After getting in chair to land on kashyyk the screen goes black and shows the health bar and nothing else and won’t do anything else
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter kashyyk from the holotable
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen goes black and health bar appears
What do you expect to see? The planet of kashyyk
