where are my Preorder bonus ???

Hello ive preordered star wars jedi fallen order on pc but didnt got the orange lightsaber when i see in the bonus tab on my library why ?????

Gotcha! You should have received a code on your receipt or in the game box in that case to unlock the items. If not, you'll want to reach back out to the retailer if not.

I pre-ordered from amazon and I received no codes... They were supposed to email it right?

I'm actually having the same issue. I pre-ordered (on November 11th) and picked up my copy of Deluxe Edition (from Walmart) on November 16th. I got all the deluxe edition content, yet I have yet to receive an email with any sort of pre-order content codes. I've decided I'd give Walmart until about the 20th to email me a code before I contact them, but I'm still looking everywhere for a solution.

Hello. I too pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Fallen Order on my Ps4pro but didn’t receive the bonus content. No orange lightsaber, no skin for the mantis etc. could you please help me out?
