Where Are Those Shield Generators?

In my couple of days of playing this game, I have still not been able to find the MC-75's shield generators. Even when the game tells me, "look at the gills stupid", I can't find them.

Take a look at this, it shows you every placement on both ships !

Bring up your targeting selector when going against capital ships. Select capital ship components. That lets you target the components. Make sure you switch back to all enemies when finished so you can target fighters.

@Rompod1984 Ah, now I see what they meant by "gills". I have my brightness quite low so it's quite hard to fins things without my targeting computer.
