Summarize your bug Well so I been playing and having fun and then I made it to Malicos boss, and before you reach him you have an cutscene with your master and Merrin, but I saved just before the door I had to pass for the cutscene, after viewing the cutscene I had to leave the game so when I closed it and came back later, after my save spot I try to pass the door and nothing happens, just an all white screen and I tried many things and it won’t advance, so I cannot progress into the story because the white screen is always there everytime I wanna open the door. I tried restarting the game, closing my Xbox, re install the game etc and nothing works. If one of you guys had a similar issues and fixed it I would appreciate a come back.

Summarize your bug On Dathomire just before the Malicos boss fight your meant to be able to go into a force vision with your master then enter into the next room for the boss fight, last night I was able to progress past this and get into the next area to do the boss fight but I decided to call it quits for the night as I was exhausted from playing for about 6 hours straight but for some reason after coming back this afternoon when I do that now it's just the white screen forever, no cutscene triggers and I'm stuck in the white screen forever. Nothing works to fix it; I've tried loading the save from the start menu, reinstalling the game, leaving the planet going to another and coming all the way back, nothing works to fix this so I absolutely can't progress the story no matter what I do.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Go to dathomire before the boss fight with Malicos - Save at the meditation point at the door before the vision - Trigger the cutscene with Topal - Leave the game during/before the boss with Malicos - reload the game, you'll be stuck in a white screen forever with the cutscene not triggering
What happens when the bug occurs? After doing this the game will be stuck in a never ending white screen when trying to progress back to the boss fight with Malicos
What do you expect to see? A never ending white screen, you can hear Cal running around in the background but nothing happens on-screen
- Happens every-time, no in-game fix
- cutscene not triggering allowing for no progression
It is happening to many people sadly, I’m afraid we have to wait for a futur uptade..
