White screen Bug Fallen Order

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug On Dathomir and had the cutscene where Cal accepts his masters fate and enters the temple, meeting the Nightsister chick and then I fought the bloke with double lightsabers. My game crashed so I loaded it up and now everytime I try to go through the door the game white screens. Cal can move about, I can hear it but I can’t see anything and I cannot progress the game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Exit out of the game during a cutscene
What happens when the bug occurs? Game runs in the background, Cal can move about but the game is bright white and there is no possible way to progress
What do you expect to see? White. Nothing else. I want to see this fixed so I can finish this great game

Game is literally unfinisheable now and right at the end of Act 5 as well.

    @KennyH44 Thanks and Lol I'm doing normal, this all happened to me because some friends came on, we all wanted to play something together and I was loosing the fight (first attempt) so I just let him get me, saved went off to play with friends and when I came back boom..... Kinda lucky they had me since I was the furthest Into the game and managed to warn both of them so they finished before me. But hey hopefully I can finish soon then move onto a higher difficulty, in the mean time I 100% got eveything on three planets so drove me to explore more.

    Honestly I may have been the one commenting on this heaps and it’s all because I love this game so much and wanted it to be always at the top! 

    Glad patch fixed on PC can’t wait for the console update! WOOHOOOO

    Is the update currently available for the Xbox and does it fix the bug? (Apologies I'm at work at the moment)

    @seelrevilo Right, ice had exactly the same bug just before THE boss fight on Dathomire, and I havent played in weeks. Kept looking at this thread to see a fix, and nothing. I booted my game up JUST NOW AND IM THROUGH! I dont know what's worked, I dont know if i did anything for it to happen but for the time being, I'm in.

    It’s been years since this was patched but it’s happened to me! I reinstalled, that didn’t work, what can I do? I’m on PS4
