White vertical bars appearing in game and on menu (PS4)

I am having an issue with white, ghost-like, bars appearing on the screen both in menu and in game.  I have changed the Playstation 4 settings for stuff like deep color to see if that might work, uni...

The rebuilding of the database didnt work.  I have only found one other person who had this and it was in BETA and he said he was unable to figure out any sort of solution either, nor did he get any help from EA.  

He too had a Samgsung TV although his is only 5 month old. Are their known compatibility issues?  Here was his screenshot:
