So if I understand correctly you said keeping all things the same except the PS4 console itself made the game work?
I wonder what the difference in the two consoles would be....

I'm getting the same thing... talked to sony and EA and no help. Mine is the standard edition on disc. Mine also looks worse than yours does in that pic
This is what we have tried so far... noting has worked
uninstall / reinstall (4 times)
reinitialize PS4 and databases
Replaced PS4 hard Drive
new PSN account
2 different TV's
3 different HDMI cables
different video settings on console
all other games on my PS4 work flawlessly.
So to add some other things I tried:
different power sources (power strip vs wall)
all the possible screen/graphic settings on the ps4
several different screen/image settings on the tv as well.
Another thing I noticed, at least for me, was that the lines in game always only trace the landscape, never the sky, and in the case of Hoth if you look in the direction the sky is moving from, the lines are gone on the landscape. Idk, probably insignificant, but just noticed the lines stayed just on the landscapes.
Have the same problem too. I should have bought the Xbox ONE edition. No one I know is having that problem. Looks like everyone with the deluxe and ultimate editions are the only one really having that problem. My game crashes all the time. Worst bugs and worst tech support I have ever seen.
I have this every 5 mins too. I can't return the game back to gamestop. No returns. This sucks
i'm having the same problems! the annoying one is the pixel glitch, but the ce-34787-0 error is unbearable!!!
it seems that now one has found a fix for this anywhere on the internet... I hope PS will have a new update soon(like within the next couple of hours) that fixes the problem! but i dread it's a hardware problem ☹️
I tried my friends PS4 unit yesterday with the same settings as mine and volia! Worked without incident. No lines, no error messages. Something is up with the graphic renderings and the PS4 being able to read it.
So conclusion??
Buy a new PS4?..
I mean I dont know. On one hand I want to send in my PS4 and get one that works with the game. On the other hand this seems like a lot of trouble and effort for an issue that should not be happening in the first place with the game. I've already wasted WAY too much time trying to troubleshoot, maybe its best I just return the game and call it a wash.
It really is too bad, I was excited to play this ☹️
