White vertical bars appearing in game and on menu (PS4)

I am having an issue with white, ghost-like, bars appearing on the screen both in menu and in game.  I have changed the Playstation 4 settings for stuff like deep color to see if that might work, uni...

Well, I threw in the towel and gave up. I returned my game last night. *shrug * I have no idea what the issue is and have heard nothing that qualified as competent customer support from EA. EA, if you ever fix the issue and read this let me know and I will consider purchasing it once more.

It's really saddening, I had been looking forward to this game for a very long time.
