why cant i access online on xbox one battlefront

every time i want to play the new battlefront it says your not allowed to access online i'm connected to xbox live and my wifi but not Ea servers and i don't know how to figure it out.soi'm stuck pla...

    Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds.  Restart it. This worked for me. Lemme know if it helped.

i have the same issue tried that fix and yes my account should be connected in fact when i original obtained the game i was in a different state and this is the first time trying it in home state and it worked when i was away but now it says it cannot connect or snych data.

any other ideas out there?
