I didn't get either chest until I finished the Temple, then I came back and got the chest on the upper bridge first that required the wind-aided jump (chest count said 0/2 still), and then went down to the bottom and got the first chest (chest count updated to 1/2).What happens when the bug occurs? Completion % isn't updated properly.What do you expect to see? 2/2 Chests instead of 1/2 chests.Pictures below of the two chests being open and map saying 1/2.

I believe we have a fix for this that will be in an incoming patch.

Windswept Ruins: Map doesn't update 2nd chest, only 1st, so can't get 100%

Same thing, but it happens on Ilum with last chest in Imperial Trench.

Same problem, 2 chests and 1 secret all on Zeffo. 1 chest at the turbine facility, 1 chest at the crash site, 1 secret in the broken wing.

Also Tomb of Eilram is stuck at 96%, though I'm not sure if that's a bug.

Me too!
I noticed my map wasn't coming up so i reset my game. After resetting, I brought my map back up and noticed that there was a big gap in the map. So I went back to the areas that were missing.
I thought doing this was fine at the time. After finishing the main story i went back to the areas to get the chests, I opened the check in the main room close to the lamp. It says 3/4 chest at the Tomb of Miktrull. I've check numerous times. it also shows up that I've not opened some doors on the map, but obviously have to finish the game.
edit: I want to add the other two imaged of the other chest, but due to a 3 attachment limit, I cant.

Same thing happened to my map at miktrull tomb except the area where my map disappeared is in accessible so I'm stuck

Exact same problem man. It says I have 1/2 chests in the crystal caves when I have 2. And it says I dont have the chest in the imperial trench. But I do.

Same here, started with map bug, my droing didn't whant to show me map, I run get 2 chest, when I reset the game, I nothice my map was blank, and i dont have chest, but the chest is open, and now what? bb my platinum thropny coz of this one chest ? ☹️(
