Won't launch game
Game won't launch syncs with cloud then does the first load box then just closes and i can click play again, restarted computer, verified files... updated game. still doesn't want to let me play..
EA support is laughably bad, this issue should be high priority. People paid for a game they can't play. Here is a small snippet of a email response I got from EA level 2 "specialist" support:
"If it's not a minimum specs issue, and basic troubleshooting doesn't cover it, it's typically not a basic issue, and we're not full-on PC technicians, so your best source will be other players like yourself who have resolved their own issues"
What a great snarky response. Don't tell me my computer must be broken when EVERY other game in existence runs flawlessly except this glitchy mess you released. Fix the problem. This is unacceptable.
If nothing else just escalate the issue to the devs so a patch can be put out ASAP but don't just imply that it must be my broken computer that runs everything else. Pisses me off how they just completely dismiss you.

Did EA support confirm your Intel graphics is supported? I'm not family with that Intel line - more of an NVIDIA guy myself.
