Won't launch game
Game won't launch syncs with cloud then does the first load box then just closes and i can click play again, restarted computer, verified files... updated game. still doesn't want to let me play..
I Have had game Since 12am on 15th and basically lived on forums since then. Ive tried everything people say here but my game WONT even show logo. It opens cloud save box and then closes it like game is about to start and i see in task manager. The game doesn't start and re opens origin back to where i started. SOLUTION ADVICE??
It would be best to set windows power options to high performance at present while troubleshooting, your dxdiag shows it set to "balanced"
this maybe trying to start the game on the intelcard instead of the nvidia card due to the power setting

yes , i would update the intel software and video driver too try using http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
the dxdiag shows crashes in the ZeroConfigService.exe and is a software component of Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software also in the Razer Synapse 3.exe
if you press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history it should display these crashes occurring
maybe boot to full clean boot per this link and see if any change
says my intel is up to date and so is my gpu driver. I did clean boot, but dont think that's fixing the issue have anymore ideas?

odd your video driver is not up to date , you may have to uninstall the current intel driver then install the newer dch driver

as to razer game manager if your not using it or to be certain just uninstall the razer game manager software for now
I see a Razer Synapse error under your DxDiag. I've actually seen players avoid crashes in Apex Legends by completely uninstalling Razer Synapse. Can you at least try installing it to see if the game launches? Be sure to run Origin as administrator.
If it runs, try installing Synapse again if you need to and if it doesn't crash it may have been a bad driver. Let us know if this helps out at all.
My game also crashes on startup. Here is my DxDiag if its any help on fixing the issue.
I'm having the same issue on the Razer Blade Stealth Late 2019 GTX Edition. The game never launches, it just opens Origin if launched through Steam, and relaunches Origin if launched through Origin. I have attached my DxDiag where it says the main error are the exe files of Fallen Order, EALink, and Origin.

@EA_Blueberryya i tried that and it did not work. furthermore my intel wont update like proxo suggested above it gives me error when trying to install saying its not validated for my computer(this is because ice lake processor isnt listed as the ones that can be updated by intel).. any other solutions you can think of? is anyone out there using razer gtx1650 have it working on yours?? and if so please reach out me with settings and troubleshooting solutions
So I had the exact same problem launching the game, wether it be from origin launcer or from the .exe icon (Program files x86 -> Origin games -> Jedi Fallen Order -> SwGame -> Binaries -> Win64)
There was only a banner showing, nothing else, it could stay like that for hours, untile I shut it down from task manager.
Many think that you cant close it, as it doesnt show on top in task manager, just scroll down, you'll find it.
First thing I did was:

I then did this:
With the two things above done, I can start the game with no problem. I just have to right click and run the .exe as admin. I still cant run the game by launching it from Origin, or by simply double tapping the .exe.
So guys, basically, disable antivirus, go into properties of the .exe and mark the checkbox for always run as admin, and then start the game by right clicking and run as admin. A friend of mine had the exact same problem, he tried this and it worked for him.
