X-wing Vr Mission not available on Mexico PS Store

Hello, My account is from Mexico as I live here.. It used to be a US account, but Sony eventually changed me to Mexican Store.. I have the PSVR Headset and I can see the download button grayed out on...

On the Mexican Announcement Link it says that Rogue One DLC and VR Mission will be available for Holiday season.. We just got the Rogue One DLC, not the VR mission..

    @gerardoponce76 Hey, thanks for the post. Have you tried both the in-console store and the web store?

    Unfortunately I can't see the MX store but it's showing up fine on the Irish page: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-ie/games/addons/star-wars-battlefront-rogue-one-vr-mission/cid=EP0006-CUSA00634_00-BATTLEFRONTPSVR0

    If it's still not working on the MX store can you post the URL for the unresponsive product, or a screenshot if there isn't a relevant URL?

      Hello, yes I've tried both.. On console, we don't even have a VR section. And if I look for the game "page" in the PS store (in console and on browser) I can see all add-ons except for the VR mission.. I'm attaching an image showing this...
      If I use the url for another store for example the US page below and then login with my account I get an error saying that the page does not exist.. The content simply doesn't exist on Mexican Store.. What can be done here?

        Thanks, that seems pretty clear. If I look at my version of that page it has 13 options -including the VR mission- rather than your 12. 

        I'll try to find out more info, hopefully this can be added promptly.

      David as up today, this doesnt appear on the Mexico store , how could we fix the problem?
