@ianburnette In Device Manager, do you see Xbox 360 Controller under Xbox Peripherals? If so, disable or delete it. That’s what worked for me.

Same problem, but emulating a controller with x360ce. Left and right analog sticks work, but no buttons. Works fine in other games.

For anyone using x360ce to emulate a controller on PC, if your analog sticks work but no buttons, it's because the game is treating your controller as Player 2. Open x360ce and make sure your controller is mapped to Controller 1.

Fixed my problem.

Could nail down the issue to XBOX controllers connected different to joystick 1. However, I found no way to change this mapping except restarting the host...

I had that problem and "repairing", the game in origin launcher fixed the problem for me.
