Thanks for reaching out to us. Has your husband tried downloading the game again through the Xbox store? You don't need to enter the code again. Once it's used, the game is permanently added to your account. He should see it by going to My games & apps > Full Library > All owned games. It can be installed from there or through the Xbox store. Yes we have tried that, but it only offers us to purchase it again, or trouble shoot the game. I've tried trouble shooting it, but nothing happens.- EA_Aljo
Is he sure he's logging in to the account the code was redeemed on? He also may want to try going to the Xbox store in a web browser. If he's logged into the account the code was redeemed on, he should be able to initiate the download through a browser.
