Xbox Fallen order, not working. *Sadness*

Not sure what happened. Xbox was having problems with the Disc Drive, did a factory reset. Fallen Order was a download Xmas gift to husband, it was saved the the external Hard drive. The external dri...

Yes we have tried that, but it only offers us to purchase it again, or trouble shoot the game. I've tried trouble shooting it, but nothing happens.

Is he sure he's logging in to the account the code was redeemed on? He also may want to try going to the Xbox store in a web browser. If he's logged into the account the code was redeemed on, he should be able to initiate the download through a browser.

      There are 2 different versions of Fallen Order. A standard and ultimate. Has he tried both?
