Community ManagerIs he sure he's logging in to the account the code was redeemed on? He also may want to try going to the Xbox store in a web browser. If he's logged into the account the code was redeemed on, he should be able to initiate the download through a browser.

There are 2 different versions of Fallen Order. A standard and ultimate. Has he tried both?

In that case, he should contact Xbox support. They should be able to help with this. We don't have any visibility into their store so they would be the best to help find out why he can't download a game he owns. Let me know what happens. I'm really curious as it should be pretty easy to download a game you already own. Just to be sure though, have you checked to see if it was maybe accidentally redeemed on your account, but played on his? That can be done if you both are on the same console or have gamesharing set up.
