Community ManagerIn that case, he should contact Xbox support. They should be able to help with this. We don't have any visibility into their store so they would be the best to help find out why he can't download a game he owns. Let me know what happens. I'm really curious as it should be pretty easy to download a game you already own. Just to be sure though, have you checked to see if it was maybe accidentally redeemed on your account, but played on his? That can be done if you both are on the same console or have gamesharing set up.

Can't hurt to check 🙂 If you have a web browser handy, you should be able to log in at www.xbox.com and see if it's on your account. You can also look in the store to see if you own it.
