xbox one graphic issues

I'm having graphic issues with the xbox one version. The solo campaign is the worst. The graphics on the players and the background spread out like a spiderweb making it impossible to see who is who and where you can move to. Online works better but still has issues. Anyone else suffering from this problem? Any suggestions. I went through a bunch of attempts to fix it through xbox chat with no luck, my system plays other games just fine, its definitely something wrong with the game.

  • I suspect so, but it'd be up to xbox support to determine this.

For consoles there's not really a whole lot of steps we can take for troubleshooting things like this and you seem to have gone through them, sorry.

@ironmaiden6722 Do you have an image of what's happening?

I hope I don't come off as deflecting the issue, but graphical issues on consoles that don't manifest generally are usually due to an issue on that console.

However an image of the issue will help in trying to figure this out.

I've attached two pictures that show the issue I'm having. All other games work fine on my console. Thanks for looking into this.

@ironmaiden6722 That definitely looks like a rendering failure. Hopefully the issue is with drivers not hardware.

What steps were taken with Xbox support? It sounds like you might need to try as much as a factory reset for something like this.

I did a factory reset, cleared Internet and disk caches, deleted gamertags, hard reboots, uninstalled/reinstalled game, changed disc copies of the game, and performed a offline system update diagnostic. Basically I've done everything including the factory reset. Are you saying I need a new Xbox?
