Xbox One Won't Load SWS Disk

Please explain 'Other' The Disk will not load
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I bought SWS on disk on a Black Friday sale. Got it in the mail. OPened it - put the disk in my Xbox One - and NOTHING happens. I have a dozen other disks that all work fine. The Squadrons disk doesn't do anything. I have searched online and found others with the same problem - nothing from the Squadrons disk and the same happens no matter if they return it for another disk. Just doesn't do anything. I've tried all the power cycle and reset options and all of my other disks work fine. What other options do I have?

  • @HudeyThere's many more on many blogs that have the same problem as us. I exchanged the disc, hoping it was the individual disc but it seems is either a batch of all of them or all of them.

    @PlagueisTheDead I kept trying it and eventually the disk loaded for me. Since then I've upgraded to Series X and Game Pass Ultimate, so it's no longer an issue for me.
