'You are not allowed to access online features'
I cant play Starwars because it wont sign me into my EA account. The image ive posted shows what comes up.

I am having this same issue. I have opened all ports provided. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my comp. Reset all my network connections. I am able to connect on origin desktop app as well as SW Battlefront companion app. I have no idea why I am still unable to connect once I get inside of SW Battlefront the only place where I actually need to connect to my EA account.
after 4 days of pleading with xbox and EA support, it looks like we're going to have to return this game. a huge bummer because we were all really looking forward to playing.
Same as me buddy fiddled with my ports tried everything and no luck have you found any answers yet?
