my sticking point with this process is that when i login to my kids' microsoft accounts, their birthdates are NOT changeable. not sure why others can change the date, but it does not give me that option. sigh. oh well. a solid week now trying to get this solved. i'm officially done. i'm returning my 3 copies of the game and wont buy another EA game with such online restrictions.
Hey beatnikdaddio - I wrote that 8BitDad.com run-down that ValuableCross posted. Just wanted to remind you that when you're changing your childrens' ages in their MS accounts, you need to log into YOUR MS account and go to the family settings. A child can't modify their own age, but parents/guardians can modify the kids' ages from their OWN account.
