Zeffo - Weathered Ruins 95% bug

Summarize your bug Instead of using the air vents to wall ride onto ledge (ledge has rope underneath it) and then using the two walls to get in the section where the force echo is, I double jumped onto the ledge where you are meant to exit on the ice slide side (start of Weathered Ruins) and the map did not update from 95% to 100%. Game breaking in a sense that I can’t get the holo-map achievement unless I start the entire game from scratch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By double jumping off of the ledges next to the ice slide at the start of Weathered Ruins to gain access to the cave as opposed to using the wall rides with the air vents at the bottom of the ice slide.
What happens when the bug occurs? Holo-map doesn’t update from 95% to 100%
What do you expect to see? The map should update regardless of what way you journey through this section.
