It didn't prevent me from getting 100% map completion, but it was a piece of dialogue that I missed.
The other radio prompts throughout the game worked fine, and I got those dialogues, it was just this one prompt that didn't work.
The only other thing I can think of that might be related to this radio prompt issue is when I was on the Mantis, in the planet selection screen. Sometimes crewmates make a comment or a suggestion when you're in the planet selection screen, and one was Greez talking about "maybe we should investigate the Venator wreck we saw on Zeffo". He made this comment after I'd completed the whole Venator area, but hadn't gotten the radio dialogue.
