The above error appears repeatedly.

The current play time is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

In the same section, the game was turned off by error and the tutorial didn't break.

CPU : ryzen 7 3700X
Memory : 32GB
GPU : 1080TI
OS : Win10

So, I can launch the game that I bought through steam, but it crashes immediately after. Only made it to the difficulty selection screen so far.

Here is the error I get all the time.

Already deleted and reinstalled twice. Drivers and windows are up to date.

@SparkofEternity You have something called ealink crashing. I would uninstall that software. Or reinstall it if you really need it.

Also it seems windows defender is having stability issues. Put this game in the exclusion list to prevent windows defender interfering with the game

Thanks for the reply. I put the game on the exclusion list, however it seems like Origin keeps installing with EA LINK as soon as I launch the game from steam. Tried reinstalling multiple times but the game keeps crashing. It's a real bummer.

Have you tried playing directly from Origin and not launching from Steam? Not sure if its possible tho. I havent bought any origin game through steam so not sure if they also show in your Origin game library. 

Also try to do a verify game cache in Steam if you cannot play directly from origin. Maybe it fixes that dll that seems to be the cause of ea link crashing.

I am having the same issue as you. I went and checked the steamapps/common folder on my drive and found that the game only installed 7.7GB, even though it said the game finished downloading. I verified game files through steam and now it is downloading the additional 44GB. Maybe you are having the same issue. Hopefully it works after it fully downloads.

 Is it at the point where you force slow the vortex to get to the center of the tomb? I have the same issue, tried repairing the install and it only made it worse 😬

So I am having a problem where my game keeps crashing after getting to the top of the elevator in the Bounty Hunter area after being captured on PC.  I have restarted my game, repaired and still no problems.  I keep getting this:

I'm not sure if it's a PC problem or a game problem at this point.
