Zeffo villagers echo/databank broken

Summarize your bug I’m very sure I’ve collected the third databank entry for the zeffo villagers and the force echo is collected however my databank shows I don’t have it. It’s the last thing I need for 100% so I’m pretty disappointed cause I really like this game and wanted to 100% it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, I collected the echo weeks ago in my play through and only noticed I didn’t have it now
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows the force echo as already sensed but doesn’t add the entry to your databank
What do you expect to see? A sensable echo or a completed databank.
