Пропадает мой регион / My region is disappearing

Раньше спокойно играл на регионе германия , сейчас уже на протяжении недели у меня есть проблема с этим. Захожу в игру и всё в порядке , захожу в матч и уже после 2-3 матчей резко повышается пинг , захожу в настройки и вижу что у меня регион сша , далее пытаюсь найти свой регион и его нету ( регион германия пропал ) Регион возвращается только после перезахода в игру ( либо после переподключения к ea лаунчеру ) , но это долго и не комфортно , как мне решить это проблему ?

I used to play calmly in the Germany region, but now I have been having a problem with this for a week. I log into the game and everything is fine , I log into the match and after 2-3 matches the ping rises sharply, I go into the settings and see that I have the USA region, then I try to find my region and it is missing ( the Germany region is missing ) The region returns only after logging back into the game ( or after reconnecting to the ea launcher ) , but it takes a long time and is not comfortable , how do I solve this problem ?
